POLICY AND DISCOUNT
PAYMENT:
All orders are shipped prepaid by using VISA or MasterCard. Orders payable in U.S. dollars. All dealers orders must be by telephone discounts will not be given through the website. Please contact us to establish a dealer account at 323-732-4601 or email us at bernardhoyes@hotmail.com.
DISCOUNTS AND PRICES:
Prices subject to change on limited editions. A Standard Trade Discount of 50% available for business resale orders.
SIGNED POSTERS:
Posters are available signed by artist for an additional $10.00
DELIVERY TIME:
Orders are shipped by UPS ground and are shipped by the next day if received by 12:00 noon PST. For additional charge you my rush an order by using UPS NEXT DAY, 2 DAY, or 3 DAY.
SHIPPING:
We do not allow returns or exchanges except in cases of damage caused in shipping or if we have made and error.
DAMAGES:
Please notify us within 3 working days of receipt of damaged goods and SAVE ALL SHIPPING MATERIALS for shippers pickup. Prints must be returned in original container.
NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR DAMAGED PRINTS IF REQUEST IS MADE AFTER 3 WORKING DAYS.
CATALOGUES:
There is no charge to active accounts for 1 catalogue set. Additional catalogues ARE $40.00 each. Active accounts will automatically receive new catalogue supplements.
COMMISSIONED ART:
We can provide special commissioned posters, prints or original words of art to meet your clients need.
